Position Overview:

The UX/UI Designer is a hands-on position responsible for creating and managing the day-to-day creative output of the brand across all communication channels and platforms, including ideation, copywriting, design direction, production, scheduling, and coordination of content. This role requires strong creative, marketing, design, analytics, communication, and organizational skills.

 

The opportunity

As a Designer, you will be an essential part of our designing team. Reporting to our CEO, you will craft branded communication, visual systems, and experiences. Outside of client work, you will collaborate with our team internally as we bring our products to life.

What you’ll do

  • Lead external and internal visual identity.

  • Develop visual identity platforms, systems, typography, illustration, UX/UI experiences.

  • Craft impactful branded pitch presentations, templates, marketing materials, social media campaigns, and website design (animatics, motion graphics and video a plus).

  • Design and launch targeted email blasts using various email marketing platforms.

  • Work with our team to create impactful cross-channel digital campaigns for our clients.

 

Requirements

  • 2 year degree or certificate in art or graphic design, or extensive experience in related field.

  • Experience creating brand and bringing it to life across all communications.

  • Mastery of Figma, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design.

  • Expertise with design export and delivery specs for digital, video, and print.

 

Compensation

  • Commission-based and competitive with market rates. Part time contract work and full time opportunities available.
