How are you doing? I did some marketing research on the snail industry in Europe that confirms the snail business is bouncing back in Europe after a bumpy year in 2020 due to the pandemic. The market trend is still strong in France, UK and other European countries; however, Morocco is now leading the chart with 10.48M. This is double of the export value of the second place, Lithuania with 5.78M. However, the growth of the third place, Ukraine is phenomenal. Another country to pay attention to is Italy. Italy doesn’t produce as much snails as the other countries above it in the list. But in 2020, they increased that volume by more than 7 times! We need to pay close attention to these developments if we want to be competitive in the industry. Nigeria has one of the highest quality snails in the world but did not make the list, which opens the opportunity for your business to fill in the gap. They can be done together but finish one and get an agreed upon conclusion from the client before you introduce the next service to avoid confusing them.

  5. Now, I am asking the status of our first encounter. This way the client doesn’t think it’s all about my interest.

  6. Restate the key issues that were discussed in the first consultation or telephone call.

  7. Remind the client: “I also mentioned that we are not putting up a photo front website but instead we are moving your entire company and its operations online.”
